The concept of 'Extruded solid: circular, clipped' defines a extruded solid (IfcAttDrivenClippedExtrudedSolid) with one extruded segment using a circular profile (IfcCircleProfileDef). The solid may be clipped by any number of clipping half spaces.

The solid may not be slanted. Please see the documentation of the building elements using this concept for a definition what slanted/not slanted means in the context of each building element.
